I'm Jacky, and I'm the Accounts Officer on the Client Care Team at The Heart & Mind Collective.

With over 13 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Administration, I bring a keen eye for detail to my role. My journey in finance began after transitioning from the Travel & Tourism industry fourteen years ago when I started my family.

The most rewarding part of my role is knowing we are helping to create a welcoming, friendly, and caring experience for our clients. I thrive in our calming, open, and peaceful work environment, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support and genuine care from my team and colleagues—we truly work well together.

I believe we all play a special role in The Heart & Mind Collective's mission. By supporting one another with kindness and encouragement, we reinforce the sense of care and connection that our clients feel. It’s a wonderful reflection of the well-being we aim to provide.

Outside of the office, I love being outdoors—walking, jogging, spending time at the beach, and exploring new places. Family is everything to me! In this chapter of life, my husband and I are our boys' biggest cheerleaders (and taxi drivers!), supporting their busy sporting schedule and loving every minute of making precious memories together.
