Our team works from a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming framework, with a deep understanding of trauma and its impact across the lifespan.

Experienced with complex presentations

We support clients with overlapping and complex needs, including neurodivergence, trauma, and mental health concerns that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

Collaborative and communicative

We value working alongside referrers and can provide updates or reports where appropriate to support continuity of care.

Accessible and flexible support

We offer appointments Monday to Saturday, with both in-person and telehealth options to support access for a range of clients.

Evidence-based approaches

Our clinicians draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies, tailored to each client’s needs.
