How does play therapy work?

Play therapy offers a different way to communicate, using toys and games to help children express feelings they might not have the words for yet.

Through gentle guidance, a therapist observes and interacts with the child, helping them feel safe to explore and understand their emotions. Over time, this process builds emotional awareness and coping skills.
