My goal isn't to 'fix' you but to help you embrace your authentic self and develop strategies to navigate your environment with confidence.
In our sessions, you'll find sensory supports, mindful breaks, and adjustments tailored to your needs. We’ll explore what works best for you and adapt as your needs evolve. There’s no judgment here, just a safe space to grow and thrive.
I take a strengths-based, solution-focused, and collaborative approach, incorporating evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as relational and mindfulness-based practices.
I support adolescents (14+) and adults experiencing loneliness, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other general life stressors.
